Cananga odorata are known as Kenanga is a small to large forest tree, up to 40 m tall with an irregularlyshaped crown and drooping branches. It has long-petaled, drooping, green and becoming yellow with maturity, and highly scented flowers that usually made into perfume or essential oil used in aromatherapy. The oily fruits are eaten by squirrels, bats, monkeys and birds and it is how the seeds are dispersed.
